Account Manager
Promotions Sales Support

Remline is seeking experienced account managers to assist Senior Account Executives within our promotions division. Remline operates in a fast paced environment and is in need of highly motivated individuals who are able to hit the ground running.

Primary function of this position is to support and manage current client needs while communicating with Senior Account Managers.

The person in this position will work closely with the client, gaining a clear understanding of their needs, then research products that would be appropriate for their marketing mix and promotional program. Provide clients with price proposals and quotes, place orders, coordinate details and see orders through to completion and delivery. Orders must be tracked daily from placement through to delivery to our warehouse or the client's location. In many cases, there will be fulfillment that must be arranged and multiple delivery locations requiring working closely with our fulfillment and warehouse department to achieve this.

Must communicate with Senior AE and client on progress of all orders, coordinating with purchasing staff, until products are in client hands. Must also investigate and resolve order-processing problems in a timely fashion; and provide administrative support to Senior AE.

(part time)

Remline is seeking an experienced programmer responsible for developing, maintaining and testing new websites, as well as performing updates and maintenance on existing sites. Candidate will have the knowledge to develop and deploy both the front & back ends of web applications using Apache, PHP, Perl, Java, JSP, Javascript, SHTML, HTML, and MySQL. Using programming skills, create interactive
online forms to create databases. Must communicate and work well with other non-technical personnel. Knowledge of CSS and XML is a plus.
