& Annual Attainment Report

For the past few years, Remline has assisted the Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) with marketing and design efforts for the Maryland Transportation Plan (MTP) and the Annual Attainment Report. The MTP outlines the goals and objectives that MDOT will focus on to accomplish its vision of providing a transportation system that works for the people of Maryland. As a follow-up publication, the Annual Attainment Report presents performance measures to evaluate progress toward meeting the goals set forth in the MTP. Endorsed by both the Governor of Maryland and Secretary of Transportation, these documents are critical in planning for the State's transportation future.

For this year's MTP, titled A Blueprint for Maryland's Transportation Future, Remline developed a unique "blueprint" design and incorporated text, photos, graphics and charts. Based on the MTP design, Remline produced the Annual Attainment Report on Transportation System Performance 2004 as a companion piece, using similar colors and design elements. This lengthier and more technical document was mainly comprised of charts and graphs, which Remline created to help clarify the statistical information.

The MTP and Annual Attainment Report were completed and distributed to key stakeholders in January 2004.
